Bonita Springs, Florida. The sunset turned the underside of the clouds and the pond orange. Within minutes, the entire sky had transformed into oranges and golds, and the pond became a mirror reflecting it all.
The orange light isn't enhanced — this is exactly how it looked. The clouds acted as a canvas, catching rays and transforming them into something that seemed almost artificial. The pond doubled everything, creating a sense of infinite depth.
Florida is famous for its sunsets, and having photographed here many times, I can confirm the reputation is deserved. Even by Florida standards, this evening was exceptional.
